Coaching, please talk to your coach about arranging alternative
accommodations.
Our
top priority is to provide you, our customer, with outstanding products
and services. To achieve this goal, we must collect, maintain and use
certain personal and financial information. We recognize and respect
your privacy concerns and expectations about this information. We do
not sell your name and address to third parties for their independent
use. We want you to know about our privacy policies and practices.
Information We Collect About You
We collect nonpublic personal
information about you from the following sources:
• Information we
receive from you on applications or other forms including electronic
submissions
• Information
about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others
• Information we
receive from a consumer reporting agency
Service Providers and Funders
We may disclose the information we
collect, as described below, to funders for reporting of services you
receive from us, to creditors you may have asked us to contact on your
behalf; and to financial institutions you have identified for mortgage
financing. We only share information with such financial institutions
if they provide a product or service that we believe will be of value
to you and only with your permission.
Confidentiality and Security
We restrict access to nonpublic
personal information about you to those employees who need to know that
information to provide products or services to you.
We maintain physical, electronic
and procedural safeguards to comply with federal standards to guard
nonpublic personal information.
When Acts conducts business with
third parties, it requires its vendors and suppliers to maintain
similar standards of conduct regarding the privacy identifiable client
information provided to them.
Except as indicated above
and as permitted by law, we do not disclose any nonpublic information
about our customers or former customers to anyone.
By creating a profile on and accessing Acts Housing's client portal, I approve Acts Housing sharing my name, email and/or mailing address with any partners offering services Acts Housing believes I may be interested in.
If you do not approve, please communicate this with your Acts Housing Coach.
I acknowledge that I have received
